LocSet is a Mac application that allows you to change the GPS location on your connected iPhone or iPad.

You plug your phone into your Mac with a USB cable, pick any spot on the map, and click Teleport. Your phone immediately acts as if it is physically located at that new spot.

A VPN only masks your internet connection (IP address). Most mobile apps—including social discovery, navigation, and local feeds—do not use your IP address to find you. Instead, they check your phone's real GPS chip.

LocSet changes the actual GPS signal that iOS delivers to your apps, which is why it works everywhere.

Yes. If you want to verify a claim or check what’s happening in a specific area (like a hotel, venue, or distant city), you can place your location right there and open your local discovery apps to see active profiles in that vicinity.

When a real person holds a phone, the GPS naturally moves slightly. Most other fake location apps hold the coordinates completely frozen, which triggers automated detection filters.

LocSet includes a custom natural movement algorithm that automatically applies realistic subtle drift, making your location look completely natural.

No jailbreaking is needed. LocSet communicates with iOS directly over your normal USB cable using Apple’s standard testing channels. Your phone remains 100% factory original and safe.

On iOS 16, 17, 18, 26, and 27, Apple includes a simple built-in switch that you only need to turn on once:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap Privacy & Security.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Developer Mode.
4. Switch it ON and tap Restart.
5. After your phone restarts, unlock it, tap Turn On on the popup, and enter your passcode.

Just click the Reset GPS button in LocSet, or unplug and restart your iPhone. Your real physical GPS restores immediately.

You receive full, permanent access to the LocSet Mac app with no recurring monthly subscriptions. You can use it on your Mac with any connected iPhone or iPad.

The standard price is $9.99. Immediately after checkout, you will receive your license key on screen and via email. In LocSet, click License, enter your key, and you are ready to go.

LocSet supports all current iOS versions, including iOS 16 through iOS 27. While future system changes by Apple cannot be guaranteed in advance, we actively maintain the app. If Apple introduces breaking iOS architecture changes that require a complete rebuild, existing license holders will be able to upgrade for just a nominal $2 fee.
